The Clarity Coast Counselling

Therapeutic Art

This is not a typical art "class". Come and spend a relaxed couple of hours unwinding, relaxing and exploring your innate creativity (yes, believe it or not, everyone is creative!). Art activities can relax your nervous system, reduce stress, and increase confidence. In our small group sessions, you may even learn or enhance new skills and connect with other women. No previous experience or talent is required. Dates, times and locations vary. Contact hello@theclaritycoast.com for more information.

The next therapeutic art class is on Wednesday, 2nd September 2026. Come and join us for a relaxing evening experimenting with mindful watercolour techniques.

Where: Mothar Mountain Hall, Noosa Rd, Mothar Mountain.

Time: 6pm to 8pm.

Therapeutic Art isn't a class and it isn't therapy. It's a warm, unhurried afternoon or evening designed to give you a proper exhale — with paint on your fingers, something good in your glass, and permission to simply be here.

Amanda holds the space with the same care she brings to counselling. Talk if it helps, stay quiet if it doesn't. Nobody's grading the painting.
